You will receive a wealth of information through the Technique Instructional DVD/VHS and through the Technique Manual.  At Balance Point, we understand that coaches already have a full plate and do not have much extra time!  This is why we offer the complete Team Technique Class Series.  Through this service, we bring customized dance technique instruction directly to your team.

Geographically, it may not be possible for your team to train at a dance studio on a regular basis.  Or, perhaps, it is not financially possible for your team to be required to train on a regular basis at a studio to receive sound technical instruction.  Even if the option of training at a nearby studio is feasible for your entire team, often when working through a third party, you are not able to influence the curriculum – to determine and control exactly what your dancers are learning.

With the BPDS Team Technique Class Series, we enable your team to train technically in the convenience of your team’s set schedule and practice locations.  It’s the perfect balance of your team developing strong technique while also maximizing the use of their time by simultaneously working on elements that are incorporated into their choreography.

With the Team Technique Class Series, BPDS will develop a curriculum based on the technical elements incorporated into your choreography.  The lesson plans are organized based on a curriculum of working from the beginner level exercises through advanced, learning technical skills in an order so that dancers can establish their “foundation” before they attempt to learn and polish more complex technical skills.  These Lesson Plans alleviate the work of the coach – no budgeting time and attempting to strategically pick the exercises and Points of Focus that should be priority – BPDS takes care of it for you!

Each lesson is approximately thirty minutes in length, making it easy for you as the coach to conveniently integrate technique exercises into each and every rehearsal.  The average Team Technique Class Series will provide you with enough material for 60-80 technique sessions! That’s enough instruction for your team to work with the entire year!
